industrial chic blog party

"industrial chic"

there's a new decorating term out there these days

**

hmmmm what exactly is that??

the definition of 'industrial' is
relating to industry..

duh..no kidding...but..
what does that mean??

well...to me anyway..it means
anything metal, heavy, used in a factory...

something like that???

margo over at the junkin journal blog
is having a blog party today for
anything in your home that is
industrial chic

so you can head over there and see what other think

i looked around my house
and aparently i dont have much
of this new look

but i do have this wonderful old scale
which i use as a television stand

it fits my definition:
its metal ..
very heavy...
and i'm sure was used in factory at some point !

i just love the graphics on the face,
the old metal patina,
and it has a shelf for my cable box...

works for me....

hop on over to the party and see what
everyone else came up with
